Following our successful designs for their ladies and menswear departments, Hoopers appointed JSA to apply our design & build expertise to the remodeling of the cosmetic & accessory floor. Our goal was to encourage customers to browse, explore and be pampered in a refreshing and indulgent environment, with the overall feel reflecting Hoopers high standards of quality and service.
