JSA was asked by Glasswells to transform a 37,000 sq ft former Courts furniture store into a new 73,000 sq ft furniture retail showroom. The 70’s style existing building has received a total facelift with the addition of a new retail mezzanine floor. New customer facilities include a design centre offering valuable advice on colours and product co-ordination, table-service restaurant, a meeting room available for up to 12 people, and a children’s ‘Playzone’. “The challenge was to ensure a distinct and inviting look whilst delivering a practical, cost-effective outcome. JSA fulfilled our brief commendably”.
